Event Management and Monitoring

We receive, log, classify, analyze, and present event messages based on pre-established filters or thresholds. Event information is sent from sources such as hardware, application/system software, communications resources, etc. If an event is classified as an incident, it is forwarded for diagnosis and correction. This process also includes monthly reporting from management systems and the SmartInsights™ platform and capacity monitoring.

Capacity and Performance Management

As a part of our ongoing Capacity Management services, Bell Techlogix will validate and review the current and future demand trends and growth expectations to provide strategic recommendations. Our team will monitor and manage performance based on utilization, capacity, and overall statistics.
